Dr. Richardson qualified as an Ear, Nose and Throat Specialist FCS ORL (Fellow of the college of
Surgeons Otorhinolaryngology) in 1992, at Wits University. He then moved to East London and
started this vibrant practice in 1993. All aspects of Speciality are catered for, with a special interest
in Paediatrics, hearing loss and sinusitis. He regularly attends congresses and is part of the Academic
Unit at the Frere Hospital, where he presents numerous talks.
He is a member of a number of Societies including:
- Health Professions Council of S.A.
- ENT Society
Outside of medicine, Dr. Richardson's main love is for his family, mountain biking - having taken part in many stage races.
Margery Roux is the dedicated practice Receptionist for the past 24 years, acting as the first contact for all bookings and medical queries.
Shirley Rowe has been in charge of Accounts for the past 13 years and will assist with all MedicalAid related queries with skill and promptness. She is assisted by Lyn Holm.
Gertie is our General Assistant, who has been with us for 21 years, willingly helping in all areas of office management.
Stella Baillie runs the Queenstown Specialist Centre and has been part of the practice for approximately 20 years making sure that patients comfort and satisfaction are paramount.
Rina Langley is the receptionist at the King Williams Town Grey Monument Rooms, organizing patients details before and after consultation.
Lyn joined the practice in January 2017 and has been invaluable as a general office administration clerk.
